Lentil & Brick Restoration

412 Masonry & Restoration replaced several lentils, replaced many bricks, and performed spot pointing. I originally contacted RMB and Son Masonry to give me quote. Even after repeated promises over a few months, RMB and Son Masonry never came out to give me a quote. I contacted Brix N’at Masonry, they came out, kept promising a quote over a month plus, and then they never responded to text messages. I contacted Escajeda Masonry, and they said they would be in contact in 2 weeks – nothing. After a month or so, I emailed their owner, Justin, – nothing. I messaged them on Facebook and called their office. I was told they will be in contact in 2 weeks – nothing. I was referred to 412 Masonry & Restoration. They came out in a couple days, gave me a fair quote the next day when they promised which was a Saturday, I agreed to the quote, and they set a date that they would be out which was in 2 months, they started the day they promised, showed up on site at the time they said they would, and finished when they said they would. The job site was cleaned every day. Frank Abate and his team are very personable, trustworthy, clear communicators, and very accommodating. I started trying to get this work done on April 2nd, and it took me to December 15th to finish. I spent a whole summer trying to find an honest contractor to do this work. I would still be looking if it wasn’t for being referred to 412 Masonry & Restoration.
